- Accurate Data Input: Enter, verify, and update customer and company information into various database systems and spreadsheets with high precision.
- Document Management: Organize, digitize, and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Report Generation: Compile daily reports from collected data and present findings to the management team in a clear, concise format.
- Quality Assurance: Perform regular audits of data entries to identify and correct errors or discrepancies before submission.
- Communication: Assist in answering high-volume phone inquiries regarding account status and directing calls to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or experience in office administration preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas).
- Experience: Previous experience in data entry or administrative support roles is highly desirable.
- Typing Speed: Minimum of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, professional, and able to adhere to strict deadlines.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in our New York, NY office.
