- Assist with scheduling meetings, booking travel, and coordinating calendars.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, scanning, and inventory management.
- Support the marketing team with basic research and content organization.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.
