Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and spreadsheets with a focus on zero errors.
- Verify and reconcile source documents to ensure data integrity and consistency.
- Sort, file, and retrieve physical or electronic documents.
- Generate and prepare weekly reports and summary documents as required by management.
- Assist in the auditing of existing records to identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to streamline office processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support is preferred.
- Proven typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
