Responsibilities
- Execute general administrative and clerical duties to support daily office operations.
- Manage incoming communications, including answering multi-line phones and responding to emails with professionalism.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital and physical records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare, compile, and sort documents for records and reports.
- Support the team with inventory management and supply ordering.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an office or administrative setting is preferred but not mandatory for high-performing candidates.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable transportation is required.
