Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update customer and account information into our secure database systems.
- Review and reconcile data discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy and data integrity.
- Sort, organize, and file physical and digital documents for easy retrieval.
- Assist the administrative team with general office duties, including answering phones and drafting emails.
- Generate and prepare standard reports based on entered data using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Perform routine quality assurance checks on completed work to minimize errors.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive company and client information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry, administrative assistance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proven typing speed of 35+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
