Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails and phone inquiries with a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintain accurate digital filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule internal meetings and client appointments.
- Prepare, format, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using MS Office Suite.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and inventory management.
- Support the finance team with basic billing and invoice verification processes.
- Act as a point of contact for temporary staff and visitors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
