Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming correspondence and perform high-volume data entry with high accuracy.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange meetings for department leadership.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents using the MS Office suite.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and incoming calls.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
