Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.
- Assist with general office duties such as mail sorting, supply inventory, and expense reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (1+ years) in administrative or clerical support roles.
