Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes; handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital records and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Support the team with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience in a corporate setting.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
