Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and mail with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, including booking conference rooms and sending calendar invites.
- Prepare detailed expense reports and assist with general bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks.
- Create and format professional documents, presentations, and memos using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors at the front desk.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or temp-to-hire roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
