Responsibilities
- Execute daily pick, pack, and ship operations with high accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
- Verify shipment contents against packing slips and documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be available for full-time temporary shifts (Day/Night options).
- Reliable transportation and valid ID for onboarding.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
