Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse and logistics duties, including packing, labeling, and shipping orders efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stockroom environments.
- Load and unload trucks in a timely manner to ensure production targets are met.
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with data entry systems.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth worksite is mandatory.
- Previous experience in logistics, manufacturing, or retail is a plus but not required.
