Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle packages and inventory during high-volume weekends.
- Inventory Management: Sort, scan, and organize stock with high accuracy to maintain warehouse standards.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring all packaging is secure and properly labeled.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations and aisles clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other material handling equipment as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Weekend Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and/or Sundays consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous work experiences.
- Basic Math Skills: Comfortable with basic counting and data entry for inventory tracking.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and documentation.
- Background Check: Must pass a standard background check and drug screening.
