Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of our distribution center during the night hours.
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and products using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Verify and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Assist in inventory control processes, including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications
We are looking for hardworking individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) are a plus.
- Valid Forklift Certification (will train if needed).
