Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy robust software applications using modern languages (Java, Python, or C#).
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Debug complex software issues and optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in at least one major programming language.
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus.
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced temp setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly.
