Responsibilities
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of computer hardware and peripherals.
- Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for end-users via phone and email.
- Monitor and maintain the inventory of IT assets and software licenses.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in the helpdesk system.
- Collaborate with senior technicians to diagnose and resolve complex connectivity issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to IT security protocols and data protection standards.
- Perform basic software installations and configurations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior IT experience necessary; we provide full training.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
