Responsibilities
- Lead development of microservices using Java and Spring Boot
- Design and implement AWS-based cloud infrastructure (EC2, S3, Lambda)
- Conduct code reviews and enforce CI/CD best practices
- Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Mentor junior engineers on technical best practices
- Collaborate with Product and UX teams to refine requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs
- Proficient with AWS services and cloud architecture
- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
