Responsibilities
- Design and implement responsive, pixel-perfect user interfaces using React and Next.js.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of features.
- Optimize application performance, accessibility, and SEO standards for maximum reach.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code with comprehensive unit tests.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Mentor junior developers and establish best practices within the development team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in frontend development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern CSS (Sass, Tailwind, Styled Components).
- Deep experience with React.js framework and state management (Redux, Context API).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, unit testing (Jest, Cypress), and version control (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements into business value.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification.
