Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and company data into digital databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and proprietary software.
- Verify and reconcile data to ensure high standards of accuracy and consistency across all records.
- Organize, maintain, and file physical documents and digital files in a systematic and secure manner.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in generating weekly reports and basic data analysis tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM recommended).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
