Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's issue, determining the cause, and selecting the best solution to solve the problem.
- Log all interactions and customer data accurately into our CRM database in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure consistent service quality and process improvement.
- Escalate complex issues to the senior management team when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or support experience is a plus but not mandatory for immediate hires.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to start immediately.
