Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate them to management when necessary while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM database and internal systems.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily performance and quality assurance targets.
- Assist in the onboarding and orientation of new temporary staff members.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be eligible to work immediately in the United States.
