- Update customer account information and maintain detailed records of interactions.
- Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services to existing clients.
- Adhere to all company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or administrative support is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to type 35+ words per minute.
- Must be available to start work immediately.
- Reliable transportation is required.
