Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean searches and social media networking, to identify and engage passive candidates in the technical sector.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct thorough phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Placement Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition opening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and technical skill requirements to provide expert market intelligence to candidates and clients.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), IT infrastructure, or engineering roles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Drive: Self-starter mentality with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
