Responsibilities
- Screen and interview candidates for temporary and contract positions across diverse industries
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, and networking
- Coordinate interview logistics and provide timely feedback to candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines using our ATS and CRM systems
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new temporary employees
- Track key recruitment metrics and contribute to process improvements
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of recruitment or staffing agency experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday, Bullhorn)
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Valid Washington state driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment processes
- Knowledge of Washington state employment regulations
