Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sifting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to identify high-potential candidates for diverse roles.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Client Relations: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert market insights.
- Placement Support: Guide candidates through the interview process, negotiate offers, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide competitive compensation packages.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition (Internships considered).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for building rapport quickly.
- Tools: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting platforms.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple pipelines and deadlines effectively in a remote-friendly setting.
