Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) to identify, engage, and attract passive IT talent.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical requirements and culture fit.
