Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including IT, Engineering, and Software Development.
- Sourcing and identifying passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Screening resumes, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Building and managing a robust talent pipeline to ensure immediate coverage for client needs.
- Negotiating offers and managing the candidate onboarding experience.
- Collaborating with account managers to understand client requirements and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or account management.
- Strong understanding of the technical hiring lifecycle and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive weekly and monthly targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media recruiting tools.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
