Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Product, Data) using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking events.
- Conducting in-depth phone screens and technical interviews to assess cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of passive candidates to ensure rapid fill rates.
- Collaborating closely with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
- Negotiating offers and closing candidates to secure placement.
- Managing the candidate lifecycle in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision and attention to detail.
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarks to candidates and clients to facilitate successful placements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or account management.
- Demonstrated success in filling high-volume roles and managing a high volume of candidates.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of the San Jose and broader Bay Area tech market landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative team environment.
