Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for high-growth tech clients across SF Bay Area
- Leverage Boolean sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive candidates
- Manage candidate pipelines in Greenhouse and ATS platforms
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview processes
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics
- Negotiate offers and ensure smooth onboarding experiences
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in SF Bay Area tech sector
- Expertise in sourcing software engineers and product professionals
- Proven track record with Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms
- Deep understanding of SF tech ecosystem and competitive landscape
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholder experience
- Ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles simultaneously
- Knowledge of technical stacks (Python, React, AWS, etc.) preferred
