As a Technical Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, sourcing candidates for critical IT roles across the DMV area. You will own the full lifecycle of recruitment, from identifying passive candidates to closing offers.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top technical talent.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of candidates through advanced Boolean search and social networking strategies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and skill evaluations to ensure a perfect match for client needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage candidate relationships via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain up-to-date data.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly placement targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, agency, or corporate HR.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in Software Development, Engineering, or IT roles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based compensation structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
