Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top technical talent.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of candidates through advanced Boolean search and social networking strategies.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments and skill evaluations to ensure a perfect match for client needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage candidate relationships via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and maintain up-to-date data.
  • Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly placement targets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting, agency, or corporate HR.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in Software Development, Engineering, or IT roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional demeanor.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed in a commission-based compensation structure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
