Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across engineering, product, and data roles
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche platforms for targeted outreach
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Conduct technical evaluations and coordinate interview logistics
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in NYC tech ecosystem
- Proven success closing engineering, product, or data science roles
- Expertise with Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche sourcing tools
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Ability to start within 72 hours of offer acceptance
