Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse client positions
- Conduct thorough interviews and skills assessments
- Manage candidate database and ATS systems
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Build and maintain client relationships through regular communication
- Track recruitment metrics and report weekly progress
- Assist with onboarding processes for placed candidates
Qualifications
- High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in recruitment, HR, or customer service
- Proficient with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday)
