Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for software engineering roles using advanced Boolean search techniques
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15+ concurrent technical positions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical screening interviews and assess cultural fit
- Optimize recruitment processes using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Analyze market trends to develop competitive compensation strategies
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for urgent hiring needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with software engineering roles
- Proven success in high-volume, fast-paced contract recruitment environments
- Expertise in Boolean search, ATS systems, and candidate outreach
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering skill sets
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to start immediately and commit to 3-month contract
- Local Los Angeles residency preferred for in-person collaboration
