Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, and technical forums
- Conduct technical screening interviews and assess candidate skills against client requirements
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Develop deep expertise in specialized tech domains (AI/ML, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure)
- Collaborate with enterprise clients to define talent needs and recruitment strategies
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) for pipeline management and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in IT/staffing agency environment
- Proven track record placing software engineers, data scientists, and DevOps specialists
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates across programming languages and frameworks
- Expertise with Boolean search strings and recruitment marketing tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
