Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across software development, IT infrastructure, and engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Workday) to track candidates and pipeline metrics
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Conduct technical assessments to ensure candidate-role alignment
- Maintain accurate candidate records in CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of placing specialized IT and engineering roles
- Expertise with Boolean search strings and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed)
- Strong understanding of technical skill assessments and interview methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Oklahoma City's tech ecosystem and talent landscape
- ATS certification or equivalent technical recruitment training
