Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier candidates for permanent and contract roles across diverse industries
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with 50+ client companies in Philadelphia metro area
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer negotiation
- Utilize ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and social media to identify passive candidates
- Analyze market trends to provide data-driven recruitment strategies to clients
- Develop innovative sourcing campaigns for hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through personalized career coaching
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Expertise in Philadelphia's job market and talent landscape
- Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
