- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
- Prepare weekly reports on recruitment metrics and placement success
- Attend industry networking events to expand talent and client networks
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and agency standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of recruiting or staffing agency experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
