Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles for executive-level roles across finance, tech, and healthcare sectors
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards
- Build and maintain C-level relationships with 50+ NYC-based corporate clients
- Lead candidate assessment processes using behavioral interview frameworks and skills validation
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and retention strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters while optimizing team KPIs including time-to-fill and submission quality
- Drive diversity initiatives through targeted outreach and inclusive hiring practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience with 3+ years in agency/staffing environment
- Proven success placing candidates in NYC's competitive market with minimum $100K+ placements
- Expert proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise-level ATS platforms
- Deep network connections within NYC's professional communities (NY Tech, Financial District, etc.)
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Exceptional negotiation skills with documented history of closing complex offers
- Data-driven mindset with experience using recruitment analytics tools
