Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified technical candidates across engineering, IT, and digital roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday) to track pipelines and metrics
- Conduct technical screenings and behavioral interviews
- Develop creative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights to clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience in agency or corporate setting
- Proven track record placing software engineers, developers, and IT professionals
- Expertise in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages and cloud technologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
