Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive technical candidates across multiple channels including LinkedIn, GitHub, and developer communities
- Conduct in-depth technical screenings to assess candidate skills and cultural fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes for 15-20 open positions simultaneously
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at partner companies
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent pools
- Utilize ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to track metrics and optimize pipelines
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with SaaS or software engineering placements
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of Seattle's tech ecosystem and compensation trends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- Proficiency in Boolean search strings and sourcing tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- ATS certification (e.g., Greenhouse Certified Recruiter) preferred
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives
