Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche developer communities
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skill assessments for engineering roles
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition to offer negotiation
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Develop and maintain relationships with top-tier tech professionals in NYC
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Greenhouse)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find engineering talent
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage high-volume requisitions in fast-paced environments
- Experience with diversity recruitment initiatives
