Responsibilities
- Spearhead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles including software development, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing strategies and networking
- Conduct in-depth technical interviews and assessments to ensure candidate-role alignment
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and optimize recruitment processes
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) to manage candidate workflows and analytics
- Represent our agency at industry events and tech meetups to expand brand presence
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software/IT roles
- Proven expertise in sourcing passive candidates through GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate candidates for complex engineering positions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment in high-volume environments
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated success in meeting hiring KPIs
