Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering, data science, and DevOps roles
- Develop deep client relationships to understand technical hiring requirements
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with engineering teams
- Leverage ATS systems to track candidates and optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive compensation insights
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a focus on software roles
- Proven success in closing 15+ placements quarterly
- Expert knowledge of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Boolean search
- Strong understanding of technical stacks (Java, Python, AWS, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Track record of meeting aggressive hiring deadlines in competitive markets
