Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates across GitHub, LinkedIn, and technical forums using Boolean search strategies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for software engineering roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, Data Science)
- Develop deep partnerships with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles
- Conduct technical interviews and coordinate assessments with engineering teams
- Optimize recruitment pipelines using Greenhouse and Lever ATS platforms
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation and talent availability
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication and exceptional experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with proven track record placing software engineers
- Expertise in Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniques
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse/Lever preferred) and CRM platforms
- Strong technical understanding of programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java) and cloud technologies
- Experience negotiating offers and closing candidates in competitive Bay Area market
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) or SHRM-CP designation preferred
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent requisitions while maintaining quality metrics
