Responsibilities
- Source, engage, and qualify technical candidates across Miami's thriving tech ecosystem
- Develop and nurture relationships with hiring managers at Fortune 500 startups and established tech firms
- Execute full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations
- Leverage LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche platforms to identify passive candidates
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies and compensation packages
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruitment experience with proven track record in IT/tech staffing
- Expertise in sourcing software engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity professionals
- Strong understanding of Miami's tech landscape and startup ecosystem
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification preferred
