Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive candidates for technical roles (software engineers, data scientists, DevOps) across Indianapolis and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at client companies including Angie's List, Salesforce, and Roche
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments using modern evaluation frameworks
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and retention strategies
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and niche job boards to build diverse talent pipelines
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine recruitment strategies
- Maintain accurate data in Greenhouse and Salesforce CRM systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with a staffing agency or in-house tech team
- Proven track record of closing 15+ placements quarterly in competitive markets
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find talent for .NET, Java, cloud, and AI/ML roles
- Strong knowledge of Indianapolis tech ecosystem and local universities
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever) and data-driven recruitment analytics experience
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- SHRM-CP or CTS certification preferred
