Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across Baltimore's thriving tech ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 concurrent technical roles
- Build strategic partnerships with CTOs and engineering VPs at portfolio companies
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search and social recruiting
- Conduct technical screening interviews and skills assessments
- Maintain accurate ATS data and recruitment analytics dashboards
- Lead recruitment projects for emerging AI/ML and cybersecurity startups
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or cybersecurity firms
- Expertise in sourcing niche tech skills (Python, Kubernetes, AWS)
- Proven track record of 40+ placements annually
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Lever preferred)
- Deep understanding of Baltimore's tech talent landscape
- Certified Technical Recruiter (CTR) designation preferred
- Strong technical aptitude to evaluate engineering candidates
