Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified technical candidates across IT, engineering, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies and ATS tools
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skills assessments to ensure cultural fit
- Develop strong client relationships through regular communication and service excellence
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition to onboarding
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation strategies
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize job postings and employer branding
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven expertise in sourcing hard-to-find tech talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean strings, and niche platforms
- Strong understanding of IT/technical roles (software development, cybersecurity, data science)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with candidates and clients
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Ability to manage multiple high-volume requisitions simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
- ATS certification (e.g., CTS) or equivalent technical recruiting credentials
