Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for IT, engineering, and healthcare roles
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ key clients monthly
- Source passive candidates using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lead client-facing presentations and contract negotiations
- Manage ATS workflows and maintain 95% data accuracy
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
- Analyze market trends to shape recruitment strategies
Qualifications
- 5+ years agency/corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record placing technical professionals
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Strong network within Indianapolis tech community
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage 15-20 concurrent requisitions
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
