Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and direct hire roles
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and competitive compensation packages
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools for pipeline management
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment strategies and KPIs
- Represent the agency at industry events and networking functions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of recruitment/staffing industry experience
- Proven track record of meeting sales and placement targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Strong understanding of Nashville's job market and key industries
- Professional certifications (CPC, CSP) preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
